Captain Tim Shiaris and Chef Zara Browne bring together a natural love for the water, thoughtful hospitality, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Tim’s Chesapeake Bay roots, racing background, and calm leadership style set the tone for safe, relaxed days filled with sailing, snorkeling, island-hopping, and easygoing Caribbean adventure. Zara complements that experience with a strong hospitality background, years in restaurants, bartending, luxury concierge service, and a love for fresh, flavorful food.
