Named for the Lesser Antilles, which are the small islands which make the Caribbean such a beautiful destination for charter yachting, Antillean is your passport to these islands! Antillean is a 50' Beneteau designed for the comfort of her charter guests. Our itinerary is custom designed to suit your needs. Antillean is available in the Virgin Islands from November until July, then south in the Grenadines for the summer months.

Antillean's superb hull, designed by Bruce Farr & Associates combined with substantial design input from Beneteau, represents a new approach in luxury yacht design.

Spirited and solid, she is a joy to sail, offering performance rarely found in cruisers in the 50 ft range. From bow to stern, Antillean is a product of experience and excellence. Riding at anchor, her shaded cockpit allows for comfortable lounging!

To charter Antillean means for the period you are onboard, the boat is yours. The captain and crew are available to assist and advise. They know the areas in which you will be sailing, the many entertainments at the various stopping points, and can advise on itineraries so that you can maximize your vacation.

Enjoy sailing on the warm, clear water of the Caribbean. Watch the sunset while enjoying Amber's hors d'oeuvers and drinks. Sit back and watch the stars and planets as they transit the heavens above calm anchorages. For the newcomer and the old hand, these are moments to treasure also a holiday of a lifetime.

Meet the Crew

Matthias was born and raised on a sailboat off of St. Thomas and spent his childhood sailing around the caribbean, fishing , snorkeling, and diving. He has worked in the marine industry for many years and has his 100 ton captains license as well as his dive instructors license . He has worked on many vessels ranging from 40 foot sailboats to 150 foot mega yacht. His last job was captain on a 100 foot passenger vessel carrying 350 guests. Matthias has been the captain onboard S/Y Antillean since 2013 and enjoys his career in the term charter industry. With Matthias’s skills in diving, fishing ,sailing and entertaining his guests he hopes to carry on the success which Antillean has had.

Itinerary

Antillean sails throughout the Caribbean from the Virgin Islands to Trinidad. The yacht is based in the US and British Virgin Islands for the months of November to July, then heads south to St. Lucia for the summers months, offering charters in the Grenadines.

Whether you are looking to lounge and relax, or fill your day with adventurous excursions, we’ll take you to the most beautiful places to do it.

Antillean has a kayak onboard that guests may use to explore the many scenic anchorages we visit.

Shore visits can occur as often as you like and we can take you there in our 12 ft. Caribe dinghy. Browse around the many shops, restaurants, and bars on the islands or roam the white sandy beaches of the Caribbean. Snorkel gear is also carried onboard so you can also see what is beneath the surface of all that crystal blue water.

If you prefer to stay onboard to bask in the sun or relax in the shade, you can curl up with a good book or try your hand at some of the table games we have. Antillean also has a DVD player, CD and cassette player. Feel free to bring your favorite music or movies.
