Kelly has spent most of his adult life on the sea. He had his own Deep Sea and Fishing Charter business in Knysna, South Africa which he ran for 17 years. Prior to this, Kelly worked as a chef at a seafood restaurant and also farmed oysters on the Knysna lagoon. He has his SA Yachtmaster and loves nothing more than to involve his guests in the sailing of the yacht. He is fondly referred to by guests as the Cocktail King and you can always find him concocting up new and adventurous drinks for happy hour!

Angie also grew up on the water, sailing catamarans with her father and four older brothers in Durban. Thereafter she moved to Cape Town and ran a successful tour guide operation for 12 years before relocating to Knysna where she met Kelly. Shortly after that, through a mutual friend, they were offered a position chartering in the Caribbean Grenadines, where they remained for a number of years and where Angie became a PADI Divemaster.

Kelly & Angie have extensive sailing experience throughout the Caribbean and are now based in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Angie' menus are varied and will create delicious dishes to suit everyone's palate as well as hint of very special South African cuisine!
